The Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) requires intern estate agents to complete a Portfolio of Evidence, also referred to as a Logbook. Intern estate agents who hold a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC), are required to compile a logbook during the 12 months of their internship.
Prime Skills has developed a structured, easy to understand system of compiling the logbook. The content of the logbook has been divided into modules and assignments which you will receive support for the duration of your submission.
