About Course

The NQF 5, the National Qualification Framework Level 5, is a registered qualification offering a Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate, through the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA Reg. No. 20188).

As per Regulations 633 of the Estate Agency Affairs Act of 1976, with effect from July 2008, all estate agents must complete an NQF qualification to enable them to write their Estate Agency Affairs Board Examination in order to work as an estate agent in South Africa.
