Welcome to Learning Unit Real Estate Management of the National Certificate: Real Estate. The NQF 5, the National Qualification Framework Level 5, is a registered qualification offering a Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate, through the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA Reg. No. 201
This Qualification is for any individual who is, or wishes to be involved in the property and real estate industry as a principal real estate agent. It serves to support and advance the functioning of individuals in this industry.

Our trained facilitators and assessors will ensure the path to achieving your qualification is one of ease. With continuous support throughout the duration of the course, we will ensure your experience is both educational and fulfilling as you climb the ladder of success within the world of real estate.
Upon completion, you will be able to confidently demonstrate your knowledge and experience. Once deemed competent, a certificate will be issued in order to further yourself in partaking in the Professional Designation Exam. A learner can complete the Qualification with a specialisation in Property Management, Real Estate or Valuation.
